Top of PageRequirements to Obtain and Hold a Work Permit
In order to be eligible to be issued a Work Permit from Bonita Unified School District, a student must:

1. Have no more than 5 unexcused period or all-day absences in the previous 9 week grading period.
2. Be within 10 credits of the graduation expectations for the grade level in which the student is enrolled.

During the school year, student records will be inspected to ensure eligibility before the Work Permit is issued.

A Work Permit issued during the summer expires on the Friday of the first week of school and must be renewed for the school year.

Work Permits may be revoked during the school year if the student's performance falls below the criteria listed above.

2) Read the Work Permit Regulations on the second page

3) Complete all information, obtain supervisor and parent signatures

4) Bring the completed form to the Career Center at the school of attendance
